Jeff Medeiros – Jeffrey Medeiros is the Architectural Representative for AEP Span and is a licensed contractor who has been supporting Architects in California for over 10 years. Jeffrey can spec write, assist in detail drawing and aid in product selection or any aspect of the design/build process, from initial design to complete bid-ready documents. He is fluent in building code, bid laws and contract code. Jeffrey provides architects with the full range of service from conception through bid.
Jeffrey holds various degrees including Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara, Japanese from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan, and he attended McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA. He is fluent in all types of roofing systems: built up and torch applied, hot and cold process, restoration coatings such as silicones, urethanes, and acrylics, single ply roofing and all forms of metal applications including roof, wall, coping, and soffit as well as flashing and trim. Jeffrey made the move to AEP Span 2 years ago after spending years with a competitor and plans to stay on through retirement.
