Super-Span® Metal Roof and Metal Wall Panels are economical and simple to install. This structural exposed fastened metal roof or wall panel is suitable for residential, commercial, retail, civic, and institutional projects.

With this long-lasting, durable, and sustainable metal panel, you’ll find it also comes in several energy-efficient colors and paint systems. Super-Span offers a unique yet flexible design when combined with other building materials.

Roof assemblies are Class A Fire Rated when installed on non-combustible deck or framing per IBC, IRC, or when installed in accordance with UL listings (UL790). Wall assemblies rated for fire resistance (UL263) when installed in accordance with UL listings.

  • Minimum recommended slope 1:12.
  • Gauges: 22ga, 24ga and 26ga in standard finishes.
  • Refer to AEP Span Color Charts for full range of color options and paint systems.
  • Custom manufactured panel lengths: 6′-0″ to 50′-0″.
  • Perforation options available for an additional charge.
  • Matching polycarbonate and fiberglass panels available.
  • Purlin-bearing leg speeds installation and improves the quality of panel side laps providing a consistent weather resistant joint.
  • Testing: ASTM E1680 (air infiltration) and ASTM E1646 (water infiltration). All testing performed by accredited third-party.
  • Roof assemblies Class A Fire Rated when installed on non-combustible deck or framing per IBC or IRC or when installed in accordance to UL listings (UL790). Wall assemblies rated for fire resistance (UL263) when installed in accordance with UL listings.
  • Panel evaluated by accredited third party. All structural performance data is contained within Building Code Approval Report: IAPMO-UES #ER-0550.
