Spanning three buildings and more than 82,000 square feet, Napa Crossing South brings architectural metal into a multi-building retail development. CSHQA provided design and construction services through completion, with the project completed in 2014. The development was also submitted for LEED Silver certification as part of the design team’s work.
The project features AEP Span’s Design Span® hp and Nu-Wave® Corrugated panels in Cool Metallic Champagne and Cool Dark Bronze. The selection combines a standing seam panel system with a corrugated profile, introducing two distinct metal forms into the retail architecture.
