HR-36® Metal Roofing and Siding

HR-36® metal roofing and siding is exposed fastened panel with a 36″ net coverage. It is predominantly used in commercial, hotel, industrial, retail, and mixed-use applications as well as heavy-duty metal fencing or gates.

Long lasting, durable, and sustainable, HR-36 comes in several energy efficient colors and paint systems to meet just about any need or look. Designers employ this unique metal wall panel to create vertical or horizontal configurations.

  • 36″ coverage metal roof and wall panel.
  • Minimum recommended slope 1:12.  (roof applications – AEP Span Underlayment HT available) (pdf) (rtf)
  • Gauges: 22ga, 24ga and 26ga in standard finishes and 20ga available in ZINCALUME® Plus.
  • Refer to AEP Span Color Charts (pdf) (rtf) for full range of color options and paint systems.
  • Custom manufactured panel lengths: 6′-0″ to 50′-0″.
  • Perforation (pdf) (rtf) options available for an additional charge.
  • Matching polycarbonate panels available.
  • Testing: ASTM E283 (air infiltration) and ASTM E331 (water infiltration). All testing performed by accredited third-party.
  • Roof assemblies Class A Fire Rated when installed on non-combustible deck or framing per IBC or IRC or when installed in accordance to UL listings (UL790). Wall assemblies rated for fire resistance (UL263) when installed in accordance with UL listings.
